Visitor Campsites for Hiroshima Peace Memorial Day

1) Purpose
This campsite is being established to create a new place for campers and citizens who wish
to abolish nuclear weapons and realize everlasting world peace to share and exchange opinions.

a) Period 12:00, August 4 (Tuesday), 2009 to 12:00, August 7 (Friday), 2009

Hiroshima City University , Sports Grounds
3-4-1 Ozuka-higashi Asaminami-ku, Hiroshima

A 20-minute bus ride from the Bus Center (boarding area 4) in downtown Hiroshima (Kamiya-cho) to the Hiroshima Shiritsu Daigaku Iriguchi (Hiroshima City University Entrance) bus stop. 　　　　　
The campsites are a 15-minute walk from this bus stop. 　　　　　　　
On the morning of August 6 there will be several shuttle buses running from this area to downtown Hiroshima .
d) Capacity 150 persons per day
e) Reservations Prior reservations are necessary
f) Fee Free of charge
g) Facilities Toilets, showers, sinks, vending machines for beverages, limited parking

3) Making reservations

a) Applying

Apply by e-mail,fax or sending a self-addressed, reply-paid postcard.
Requests must reach us by July 31 (Friday), 2009.

1- applicant's name and physical address,
2- desired period of stay,
3- indication of whether or not applicant will need a parking space,
4- contact person's name and telephone number (e-mail address if available),

　a) We are not partitioning the campsites, please cooperate with those around you to establish boundaries
　 b) Please sign in on the first day of your stay. (Your registration number, which will be given to your representative, will be required at this time.)
